G7 Athlete Spotlight
During my time spent at G7 yesterday, I was quite impressed with two of our athletes: George Cuellar and my sister, Linda Garza-Martinez. Both are great athletes who continue to show great dedication to the G7 program. George, despite a recent arm injury, is still able to get in a G7 workout staying off that injured arm. Linda, although pregnant, does not let that stop her from completing safe (yet still tough) workouts. Check out a preview of their workouts below.

For those of you who don’t cook and are constantly on the run, here is an example of a primal meal you can get at El Taco Tote.
Last night, I ordered two tacos (1 beef fajita and 1 top sirloin), a large order of avocado (to be shared with one other person), and a glass of water. I also asked for a few extra plates. Since I don’t eat tortillas, I poured half of each taco and some avocado onto a plate and ended up with a very tasty meal. Remember…being primal isn’t difficult. It’s delicious!! You can do it too!

I love the video, Becky! Do you mind if I post it on our site to share with everyone? Keep up the great work, little sister!
