A very primal breakfast…and dinner!
Yesterday, I had a great workout. I worked on clean and jerks at 80% of my max and did a metcon consisting of thrusters and push-ups. Here is a video of my last clean and jerk attempt. In the background, you can see my brother, Mike, hitting a new PR of 435 lbs. on the deadlift.
Today, I am enjoying a much needed rest day. It is day 4 of the primal challenge, and it is going well. This morning, George and I cooked a very primal breakfast. Organic eggs cooked in European style unsalted butter with nitrite free bacon and wieners and a side of coconut patties and coconut bread. It was so delicious.
During the Texas game, George and I decided to cook some pecan crusted chicken, brussel sprouts with nitrite free turkey, and mashed cauliflower. So yummy!!

That’s me deadlifting….i’m famous…i’m on a website
